How It Works
Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
Most Firefly Bakeshop items are made from scratch per order. Only coffee is available for mail-order shipping. Breads and rolls are not able to be shipped and are offered for local pickup or limited local delivery based on availability and order volume.
Shipping
Coffee orders are packed for shipment and processed in the order they are received. Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, promotions, or severe weather.
Pickup & Delivery
Fresh baked goods are usually arranged for scheduled pickup, with limited local delivery offered in select cases. We will confirm timing and details after your order is placed.
Returns & Order Questions
Because many items are baked to order, we handle returns a little differently. If something is wrong, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
Can I return baked goods?
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our baked goods, we generally do not accept returns on bread, cinnamon rolls, or specialty sweet rolls.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Can I cancel or change an order?
We may be able to help with changes if you contact us before production begins. Once an item is being prepared or baked, adjustments may be limited.
Do you offer refunds on shipped coffee?
If your coffee order is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
How does local pickup work?
Pickup orders are scheduled after checkout or by follow-up message. Please arrive during the agreed pickup window so your order is fresh and ready.
Do you deliver everywhere?
No. Limited local delivery is available only in select areas and may depend on timing, order size, and availability.
